Subject :Management Review Ref : QD05

    A Management Review shall be conducted at least once a year and it covers the examination of the various elements in the quality system. The review team shall be chaired by the Managing Director and consists of the Quality Management and all departmental heads in the company.

    The objective of the review is to ensure the adequacy of the quality system adopted and to discuss possible improvements that can be made.

    The review shall also include the findings and assessments of the internal audits conducted, corrective actions taken on discrepancies found, customer feedback/complains, suggestions from staff, etc.

    As an aid to systematically review the various elements in the quality system, a Management Review Checklist is used (Attachment MA/QD05/001). All results of the review shall be documented.

    The Quality Management shall ensure that all corrective actions of the review are successfully implemented. Any charges or revision to the documents contained in this manual shall be done according to Document Control (QD11).
