1.0	Purpose
	This document covers the company's policy on the verification of its services by the customer.

4.0	Procedure
	* Where there is a mutual agreement between the customer and the company (agreement may either be verbal or written) the customer or his appointed representative shall be accorded the right to verify at source or upon receipt of the services provided by Mantraco Ltd. The service shall conform to the specified requirement. * The nature and extent of verification shall be decided by the customer and is based on the assessment of Mantraco's quality system and capability. * Mantraco shall provde the necessary assistance such as facilities, documentation to facilitate source verification shall the customer require. * Source verification by the customer do not absolve Mantraco Ltd. of the responsibility to provide acceptable service nor shall it preclude rejection if the service performed is found to be unsatisfactory at the customer's premises. * The Quality Management, with the assistance of various departments, shall be responsible in ensuring adequate facilities, assistance, etc. are provided to the customer or its appointed representative of verification of services in Mantraco Ltd's premises.
