Memorandum of Appointment

This is to certify that Mr. Peter Lin is appointed as the company's Management with effect from Jan. 1st, 2011.

He is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that the Quality Management System of the Company, in compliance with the requirement of SGS ISO 9001:2008 are implemented and maintained.

His authorised to enforce changes to the Quality System deemed necessary in fulfilling to the requirements of the standard.
